Description
Heeled ankle rubber boots by ILSE JACOBSEN HORNBÆK. Decorated with a diamond textured mudguard and a decorative D-ring at center back. These wellingtons are made of natural rubber and have been cut by hand. The material can withstand temperatures down to -20° Celsius. The rubber composition is 80% natural rubber and 20% secret formula. If not treated regularly, natural rubber will develop a white surface over the years. This is simply because in time the rubber slowly lose its essential oil. To keep your boots in great condition for many years to come, we recommend that you treat them once a month with our oil.
How to return

You're free to return your within the 30 day return window

  1. Have your order number ready (e.g. EU-xxxxx).
  2. Register your return in our returns portal.
  3. Once your return has been registered, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label.
  4. Prepare your return parcel. Remember to remove or cross out any old shipping labels and attach the prepaid return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.
  5. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. This is your proof of return in the unlikely event that the parcel is lost in transit.

Please note: A return fee (EUR 7 for EU orders) will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label.
